MOLYGRAFIT PG 24 is a high-content colloidal graphite dispersion for forging operations.

It contains special additives that promote excellent adhesion to tools, providing superior lubrication, increasing mold life, and reducing process costs.

MOLYGRAFIT PG 24 is easily diluted in water, forming a stable dispersion. Its additive formulation includes stabilizers that minimize settling. Even if the dispersion remains undisturbed for an extended period, the product will redistribute with moderate agitation.

The dilution ratio varies depending on the process, the metal being worked, the forging depth, and the size of the part being forged. However, a 1:2 dilution is recommended for heavy-duty processes and up to 1:10 for light-duty operations.
